     Leading our session on sales closing techniques is Baltimore, Maryland based Ken Seidl.  A former VP of Sales for Fruit of the Loom and alphabroder, Ken brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Shirt Lab.  He teaches sales strategy at the Johns Hopkins – Carey Business School and will be bringing tactics that you can use in your shop to increase your sales immediately.

     Ken is an award-winning adjunct faculty member at Johns Hopkins University and Catholic University and has facilitated multiple seminars with the CIA, GSA, the National Humane Society, and National Girl Scouts.  He has multiple certifications including S.P.I.N Selling Trainer, George Washington University Project Management, and Corporate Negotiations from Harvard Law School.

Christopher Bernat is Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder at Vapor Apparel. For over 14 years at Vapor Apparel, he has been part of a team that has developed and manufactured mass customized performance and UPF50+ apparel for the digital print industry, brands, and organizations. Vapor Apparel began its BtoC business with Amazon and dedicated websites over four years ago.  Today he continues to focus on new markets and products to grow the BtoC and BtoB sides of the business. Prior to starting Vapor he worked as Direct of Sales at Sawgrass Technologies and held multiple management positions in the telecommunications and internet connectivity industries. He has spoken at multiple industry events and has written for multiple BtoB periodicals.  He currently is on the executive board of SGIA (Specialty Graphics and Imaging Association). He is a graduate of Clemson University and a veteran of the US Army, currently residing in Charleston SC.
